We've now decided to bring our passion for grilling to the public, allowing everyone to experience top-notch smoked barbecue at Terrell's Eat the Bone BBQ. Due to health challenges, Bernard decided to step down from the business.
Now, Gerard and his wife Carol are combining their grilling and management talents and love for the hospitality industry to run the restaurant together.

Our unique approach of using wood and dry rubs guarantees you the best-tasting barbecue in Monee, Illinois. Since our establishment in 2017 as a mobile business, we have been providing a unique and authentic barbecue experience that earned us the title of the best BBQ in town. In 2022, we opened our first restaurant, and we are planning to open more locations soon.
